WM Customs - Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Production Times

  • All orders at WM Customs are custom-made to order.
  • Production times vary based on product complexity, but we aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days (please specify your production time).
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Once an order is shipped, any delays caused by couriers or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes for international shipments.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as couriers sometimes experience backlogs.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. Order Tracking

  • If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
