At WM Customs, all our products are custom-made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted specifically for the customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, our refund and return policy is in accordance with UK consumer rights laws for custom-made goods.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Under UK law, custom-made or personalised items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are:

1. Incorrect Items Sent – If you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Lost in Transit – If your order is lost during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
3. Damaged or Faulty on Arrival – If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless they fall under one of the reasons stated above. This policy aligns with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which recognises that personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right to return unless faulty.
